Transfer Policies 

• This document summarizes transfer policies related to physically challenged officials, officials with disabled children, and the posting of spouses:

• Physically Challenged Officials: Should be considered for transfer to nearby locations. If they apply for a transfer, they should be given priority. (MOP & PG OM No. AB 14017/4790-Est (RR) dated 10.5.1990)

• Officials with Mentally Retarded/Disabled Children: Should be considered for transfers to locations of their choice. (DG (P) No. 141-35/93-SPB II dated 18.3.1993, extending the provision of DOPT orders dated 5.1.1993)

• Husband and Wife Posting: If administratively feasible, husband and wife may be posted at the same station until their children complete 10 years of age. This concession applies only to officials working in the same department. (DOPT OM No28034/2/97 – Est (A) dated 12.6.1997)

இடமாற்றக் கொள்கை

• இந்த ஆவணம் உடல் ஊனமுற்ற அதிகாரிகள், ஊனமுற்ற குழந்தைகள் உள்ள அதிகாரிகள் மற்றும் கணவன் மனைவி பணியமர்த்தல் தொடர்பான இடமாற்றக் கொள்கைகளைச் சுருக்கமாகக் கூறுகிறது:

• உடல் ஊனமுற்ற அதிகாரிகள்: அருகிலுள்ள இடங்களுக்கு இடமாற்றத்திற்காக பரிசீலிக்கப்பட வேண்டும். அவர்கள் இடமாற்றத்திற்கு விண்ணப்பித்தால், அவர்களுக்கு முன்னுரிமை வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும். (MOP & PG OM No. AB 14017/4790-Est (RR) தேதி 10.5.1990)

• மனநலம் குன்றிய/ஊனமுற்ற குழந்தைகள் உள்ள அதிகாரிகள்: அவர்கள் விருப்பப்படி இடங்களுக்கு இடமாற்றத்திற்காக பரிசீலிக்கப்பட வேண்டும். (DG (P) No. 141-35/93-SPB II தேதி 18.3.1993, DOPT ஆணைகள் தேதி 5.1.1993 இன் விதிகளை நீட்டித்தல்)

• கணவன் மற்றும் மனைவி பணியமர்த்தல்: நிர்வாக ரீதியாக சாத்தியமானால், குழந்தைகள் 10 வயது பூர்த்தியாகும் வரை கணவன் மற்றும் மனைவி ஒரே நிலையத்தில் பணியமர்த்தப்படலாம். இந்த சலுகை ஒரே துறையில் பணிபுரியும் அதிகாரிகளுக்கு மட்டுமே பொருந்தும்.
