83. What is the rate of licence fee for allottees owning houses at the stations of posting?

84. If two officers are in occupation of separate residence allotted Government accommodation and marry each other, what is the time limit prescribed for surrender of one Quarter?
Ø They shall within one month of marriage, surrender one of
the residences.
85. When will be the names of applicants from waiting lists will be deleted on acceptance of entitled type of accommodation

85. When will be the names of applicants from waiting lists will be deleted on acceptance of entitled type of accommodation
(a) The names of an applicant shall be deleted for the waiting list for lower types of accommodation, if he accepts the allotment of the entitled type of accommodation.
(b) However, the applicant's name for allotment of lower type of accommodation shall continue to be reflected in the waiting list if the entitled type of accommodation is accepted technically and the applicant applies for a change.
(c) The name of the applicant may also be deleted from the change waiting list for lower type(s) of accommodations may also be deleted if the applicant accepts the higher type of accommodation.
