GDS Limited Transfer Facility – 2

 Past engagement period will be counted for assessing the eligibility for appearing in departmental examination as well as for annual increment.

 After transfer to some other division and after joining in the new division,  GDS will not have any claim to go back to the previous engagement/recruitment Unit/Division in any circumstances.  However he  / she can apply transfer to his parent division once again.

When a GDS is transferred at his own request and the transfer is approved by the competent authority, she/he will rank junior in the seniority list of the new unit, to all the GDS of that unit who exist in the seniority Iist on the date on which the transfer is ordered.

The inter-se seniority of 2 or more GDS upon transfer to the same division  / sub division in the same cycle will be decided on their date of joining in the department.

If 2 or more applications for transfer received for the same post then the order of priority will be as given below.

GDS with PwD

Female GDS – Spouse ground . Certificates required.

Male GDS – Spouse Ground. Certificates Required.

Date of Engagement.

Female GDS

Date of Birth

Date and Time of application.

Note : For availing the preference under Spouse ground. The spouse of the GDS must be working in Central / State / PSU / Undertaking by the state or Central / Sub ordinate organisations.

The transfer application will be submitted through online mode only.

The on line transfer process should be completed before issuance of online engagement notifications.

The approved transfer orders will be issued by the system. Then the transfer orders will be issued by the appropriate authorities.
