to the official concerned every year and the signature of the official is
obtained therein, in token of his having inspected the service book...

வருடா வருடம் ஒவ்வொரு ஊழியரின் service bookம் சம்மந்தப்பட்ட ஊழியரிடம் காண்பிக்கப்பட்டு கையெழுத்து
பெறப்படும். அந்த வருடம் service bookல் போடபட்டுள்ள
அணைத்து பதிவுகளையும் பார்த்து, சரிப்பார்த்ததற்கு ஒப்பாகவே இந்த
கையெழுத்து பெறப்படுகிறது...
