·        If a GS has secured employment by producing false information, that is, when he is not eligible in terms of the recruitment rules, he should not be retained in service.

·        If he is a probationer or a temporary GS, his service should be terminated.

·        If he is permanent, an inquiry under Rule-14 may be held, and if the charges are proved, the GS should be removed or dismissed from service.

CGHS – Important guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health

• Cashless CGHS facility is obligatory for pensioners, serving employees and there is no any provision to take advance at the time of admission.

• No charge for infection control. It is essential for the HCOs to maintain infection control. 

• No demand of photocopy of CGHS card. It can be verified from the CGHS app or Director. 

• Hospitalised beneficiaries and emergencies do not require any separate permission letter.

• The stamp is not mandatory on the referral memo.

• Prescriptions must be given in a printed form always. It should be being in a generic format. Dietary supplements should not be included.

• Establish a dedicated CGHS Kiosk (Help Desk)

• Name of the Nodal officer and his contact number should be displayed.

• Pensioners aged 70 years and above shall be permitted to seek direct OPD consultation from the Specialists of empanelled hospitals without referral from CGHS.

• HCO shall retain the scanned copy and return the original to the beneficiary.

• CS (MA) beneficiaries can get treatment at CGHS rates from any of the HCOs recognised under CGHS.

• Bills to be verified and signed by the pensioners at the time of discharge.

• In case CGHS beneficiary wants to get the test done in any other empanelled centres, then test prescribed by the specialists of Pvt empanelled hospitals must be endorsed by the CGHS wellness centre.

Representation against non grant of MACP to promotee after completion of 20 years

 MACP II after completion of 20 years of service from the basic cadre had been denied to a promote officials who passed the PA Exam after completion of 14 years in the Postman cadre. He had been told that he will get his MACP II after completion of 10 years service in the PA cadre.

 ·        The Inquiry Authority (IA) can allow the Presenting Officer (PO) to produce new evidence, i.e. evidence not included in the list given to the GS, or may itself call for new evidence or recall and re-examine any witness.

Alert to pensioners and submission of Life certificates

 ·        Calling the pensioners by the cyber crime offenders to update their life certificate and date of appointment, PPO number aadhar number e mail address, monthly pension, nominee etc.

·        Ask the pensioners to share the OTP.

·        Once they get the OTP and access to the account transferring the amount immediately.

·        No CPAO will ask such details and OTP.

·        Don’t share any details of your pension details to any one over phone.

·        Submission of life certificate should be completed this month November 2022.

·        It should be submitted by the pensioners in the month of November every year for the continuance of pension

·        For 80 years and above, it can be submitted from 1^st October.

·        It can be submitted manually or digitally.

·        Life certificate can be recorded physically before the Pension disbursing authority.

·        It can be submitted online through Jeevan Pramaan Portal. UIDAI provided details of biometric devices and it will capture a person through on line.

·        IPPB launched Door step service through postman in November 2020.Pensioner has to download “PostinfoAPP” from Google Play store.

·        PSB Alliance introduced collection of Life certificates under the umbrella of Door step banking.

·        It can be submitted using Face Authentication technology system on UIDAI

 Kind attention of my friends, comrades and well-wishers,

At the outset, I am placing on record my sincere thanks for your kind gesture in hailing the posts I am posting on YouTube channels and now on the website.

In fact, after every posting on the YouTube channels (Anbudan kayveeyes and Yours kayveeyes)  and website yourskayveeyes.blogspot.com , I am sending the information along with the concerned link to the posts to those who are in contact with me.

I have more contact numbers in Tamilnadu. Whereas, outside Tamilnadu, I have very few contact numbers and even many of the divisional secretaries' contact numbers are not registered on my mobile.

It is my desire that all the important knowledgeable postings I am making on social media should reach all the trade union activists of NFPE all over India. I am always of the firm opinion that knowledge and militancy are the basic tenets of the trade unionist and all the union activists should know the rules in particular about the disciplinary rules.

I am requesting my beloved leaders of the movement up to the level of divisional secretaries to kindly provide at least five of the active members of your division/branch with their contact numbers so that I can add them to my contact and will post the link regularly to them. Even though it is an extra burden to me, I wish to do it since my message should penetrate to the active rank and file and create awareness among them.

I don’t know how many years I could do further this job of education. I am now 73 years old. I am dreaming about the future there should be a creamy of leaders and the movement should flourish in the interest of Postal employees.

CULTIVATE CADRES FOR EFFECTIVE FUNCTIONING

Trade Union must be an organisation functioning vibrant, dynamic and with a definitive purpose.  It should also have the capacity to organise actions of a manifest nature in the interest of its members and also against all injustice.  It should be a functioning one of the Primary Members, availing their contributions in the functioning.

The divisional / branch secretaries at base levels are the driving forces of all activities and programmes launched at higher levels.  The dire need of the day at base levels is that the member must be kept continuously fed with the news which is relevance, interest and importance.  By imparting knowledge to the members, the secretary has equally learnt from them.

The Secretary should meet the members as often as possible. The member has wisdom, capacity and contributions to make.  The member is not merely the one who has a grievance to be redressed by a demand to make.  He possesses the idea, plan and strength in securing the redressal of the grievance or achieving the demands.  The Secretary should draw out the latent power of a member to fortify the organisation and to carry forward the movement.

It was really interesting and I used to cut the relevant portions and paste them in sheets and still preserve them. It contains more than 1000 episodes. I want to share the collections of Dr Upendra who is still doing the yeomen service through private channels. Thanks to him. Readers are requested not to repost the matter in any group since I don’t know whether the author got any copyright.
