Sir, namasthe, I am Ramesh Babu working as Deputy Registrar, High Court of A.P., Amaravati. Previously, I was worked at Telengana High Court as Court Master and promoted as Assistant Registrar on Rule of Reservations in promotion as SC in the year 2017. From the year 2019 on bifurcation of both the courts i.e., A.P., and Telangana, I was reallocated to A.P High Court on my request and placed me as Junior most in the Assistant Registrars Cadre and in the year 2021, I was promoted as Deputy Registrar in general seniority . Sir, My question is that can I claim the consequential seniority in the present post as Deputy Registrar and whether the catch up rule is applicable in my case and can i entitled to get promotion to the next post as Joint Registrar ....Thanking you sir ....From Munipalli Ramesh Babu, Deputy Registrar, High Court of A.P, Amaravati. 7386531769
