Sir, Can I get your email id please. In our Division, many A class offices (Triple handed) working single hand due to shortage of staff. Majority of the B class offices are single hand. There are 42 offices in the Division and only one HO under the Division. Sir, please clarify whether we can utilize any other platform/forum to settle the issues other than Union. Can't we file CAT case or write to human rights commission. When everything is good, there is no issue. As soon as a fraud comes to light, the issue arises. The officials working in these office will be troubled quoting rules and regulations. The scenario at present in the Department is like 10 people are monitoring whereas only 1 is working. There is need for augmentation of staff in ROs/COs, if there is shortage, they will take deputation from nearby offices and see that every sort of report is sought and they don't want any reasons like shortage of staff. Kindly guide and provide your email id please.
