Technical notes
for day to day work 1
Before entering in to the Applications and URLs
1. Ensure the date and time is right. If it's changing daily
even though you corrected it manually it seems CMOS battery issue, change it
with the help of the system admin
2. Check network connectivity through the ping utility:
Windows+R >> PING network IP (or type) PING 8.8.8.8 -t
Review the ping results
If you receive a response of four lines, each with a time
(TTL=) response, the server is reachable. If you receive no reply, the internet
is not working
3. Clear unwanted temporary files in your PC periodically to
speed up the system process.
Windows+R >> type %temp% enter and clear temporary files.
