Extension of deadlines for mandatory training on the iGOT Karmayogi platform.
• Central Government employees and All-India Services officers are required to complete at least 50% of prescribed courses on the iGOT Karmayogi platform.
• Employees must also undergo a comprehensive assessment following these courses.
• The status of course completion and assessment results are recorded in the Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) of the employees.
• The final date for completing these mandatory courses and the comprehensive assessment for the Reporting Year 2025-26 has been extended from March 31, 2026, to April 30, 2026.
• Employees must complete these requirements by April 30, 2026, or before they submit their APAR to their Reporting Authority, whichever occurs earlier.
• This extension was granted with the approval of the competent authority.
• The memorandum has been sent to all Secretaries of Ministries/Departments and all Cadre Controlling Authorities for implementation.
