What are the guidelines regarding the timing of transfers and the extension of tenure for Public Relations Inspectors (PRIs) upon the expiry of their tenure?

Transfers of Public Relations Inspectors should normally be effected at the end of the academic session, even if the standard four-year tenure period expires prior to it.  The power to grant an extension of tenure or appointment to a similar post of P.R.I. in another office for another full or partial tenure is vested in the Divisional Superintendents concerned.  Divisional Superintendents are required to exercise this power only in very rare and exceptional cases.
