• India Post continues to manage the world's largest postal network with over 1.6 lakh post offices.
• The India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) has crossed the milestone of 8 crore customers, significantly aiding financial inclusion in rural areas.
• The department has successfully integrated over 1.5 lakh post offices into a single electronic network, enabling real-time banking and insurance services.
• The launch of Dak Ghar Niryat Kendras (DNK) has simplified the export process for small-scale commercial exporters and MSMEs across the country.
