What are the reviewed concessions allowed to Army Postal Service (APS) candidates for appearing in and passing the Inspector Posts Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE) as per the 2015 instructions?

The reviewed concessions allowed to APS candidates include:

APS candidates can be granted 'Qualified Status' if they secure aggregate marks not less than 90% of the total marks secured by the last candidate 'selected on merit' in their parent Circle.

Candidates who have completed three years as a Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) on the date of the examination will be placed on the approved list of Inspector Posts below all regular candidates (including SC/ST candidates) from that examination.

Candidates with less than three years as a JCO on the exam date will be placed on the approved list below all successful candidates from the last examination held before the date on which they complete their three-year service as a JCO.

APS candidates are granted an age relaxation of 5 years for appearing in the examination.

Note: Any qualified APS candidate who leaves the APS before completing three years of service as a JCO will not be eligible to be placed on the approved list.
