List of Forms & registers at BO
• A.C.G.-17: Receipt. It is printed on foolscap octavo.
• A.C.G.-22(a): B.O. daily account. This form is supplied in loose forms.
• Corr.-7: Book of correspondence forms. It is bound in books of 100 leaves for use with carbonic paper.
• Corr.-10: Correspondence register. It is bound in books of 50 leaves.
• F.P.-27: Insured label to be affixed to foreign insured parcels. This form is bound in books.
• L.I.-113: Postal Life Insurance Deposit. It comes in loose forms.
• M.-1: Mail list. It is bound in books of 24 duplicate leaves for use with carbonic paper.
• M.-10: Check slip. This is supplied in loose forms and printed on three different colors: pink for paid station bundles, green for unpaid station bundles, and white for sorting bundles.
• M.-10(a): Air Mail check-slip. It is in loose forms and printed on blue paper.
• M.-25: English mail steamer arrival notices. This form is in loose forms.
• M.-53: Village postman's route list and beat map. It is supplied in loose forms.
• M.O.-7: Outward foreign rupee money orders. It is in loose forms.
• M.O.-8: Inland money order (books). These forms are supplied stitched in books of 50 leaves and are for sale only.
• M.O.-9: Outward foreign sterling money order. It is in loose forms.

• RP.-14: Combined parcel No. slip, customs duty label and receipt to be signed by the addressee of an inward foreign parcel (ordinary uninsured). It is in loose forms.

• RP.16(a): Parcels number slip. It is in books containing 200 slips and is serially numbered 1 to 200.

• Tag label:. It is in loose forms and comes in distinctive colors: plain manila for mail and B.O. bags, and pink for transit bags. It has no Manual number assigned to it.
