321. When the airmail bag contain less than 50 articles and there is no insured article or air parcel an airmail cover of suitable size should be used instead of a bag. When an air parcel is sent inside of airmail bag the label should bear “CAP”. The weight of airmail bag or TB should not exceed 30 KG weight. Separate ins letter bag closed when more than 10 ins article for any office. 
322. When an insured letter bag is prescribed as a due bag it should be dispatched inside the regd bag with remarks in the regd list. (Rule-29)
323. A bag is used to enclose several bags sent to the same office or section thereby affording protection to them called as Transit Bag.( Rule-33) 
324. An account bag is used between a SO to HO vice versa. SO to HO account bag contains SO daily account. HO to SO account bag contains SO Slip. Account bag are due bags. (Rule-34) 
325. A bag is used to enclose correspondence of the high officer of Govt called as Special bag . (Rule-37) 
326. Changing station is a Railway station  where the beats of two transit sections join and where the mails brought by one of them are handed over to the other. A connecting station is an RMS section working in a train in immediate connection with another train in which another RMS section works. Regn of newspaper, renewal or cancelling any registration will be issued by Head of the department. (Rule-40,41)
327. A and B order is issued by Supdt of RMS. (Rule-46,47)
328. A order contains proposed changes in the sorting list. (Rule-46) 
329. B order contains  performance of SA duties in Mail offices. (Rule-46)
330. The list showing the details of bags to be received and dispatched by a mail office/transit section is Due mail list. (Rule-52a)
331. The list showing the manner in which the articles must be dispatched is Sorting list. (Rule-52a)
332. Mail comprised of the articles and documents which must be dispatched every day or at regular intervals is termed as Due mails.(Rule-53)
333. Face of the article mean the side on which addressee address written. (Rule-54)
334. Letter posted after the prescribed hours of closing the mails but within the time permitted for posting and with prescribed late fee (in addition to the postage) are called as  Late letters.(Rule-56a)
335. Letters posted after the prescribed hours of closing the mails but within the time permitted for posting and without affixing prescribed postage and late fee are called as  Too late letters.  (Rule-56a)
336. Letters posted in the Night post office without payment of late feed will be impressed with the remarks 'Detained late fee not paid' and included on the next day dispatch. (Rule-56a)
337. An article which has been erroneously forwarded by an office to an office other than the office of destination and an article is a vernacular article on which the incorrect destination is mis-sent & mis directed article. (Rule-57)
338. Trial card used for the purpose of determining the relative advantage of alternative mail routes or the cause of detention to articles. Trial cards are in red colour. Trial card should not be included in any station bundle. (Rule-57)
339. The timing of clearance of letter at railway station is fixed by SSRM/SRM (Rule-58)
340. The registered newspaper addressed to foreign countries must have separate license for posting. (Rule-58a)

321. விமான அஞ்சல் பையில் 50 க்கும் குறைவான கட்டுரைகள் இருந்தால் மற்றும் காப்பீடு செய்யப்பட்ட கட்டுரை அல்லது விமான பார்சல் எதுவும் இல்லாவிட்டால், பை பதிலாக பொருத்தமான அளவுள்ள விமான அஞ்சல் உறை பயன்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டும். விமான பார்சல் விமான அஞ்சல் பைக்குள் அனுப்பப்பட்டால், லேபிள் "CAP" என்று தாங்க வேண்டும். விமான அஞ்சல் பை அல்லது TB இன் எடை 30 கிலோவுக்கு மிகாமல் இருக்க வேண்டும். எந்த அலுவலகத்திற்கும் 10 க்கும் மேற்பட்ட காப்பீடு செய்யப்பட்ட கட்டுரைகள் இருந்தால் தனி காப்பீடு செய்யப்பட்ட கடித பை மூடப்பட வேண்டும். 
322. காப்பீடு செய்யப்பட்ட கடித பை நிலுவைத் தொகை பையாக பரிந்துரைக்கப்பட்டால், அது பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட பட்டியலில் குறிப்புகளுடன் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட பைக்குள் அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் (விதி-29). 
323. ஒரே அலுவலகம் அல்லது பிரிவுக்கு அனுப்பப்பட்ட பல பைகளை அடைக்கப் பயன்படுத்தப்படும் பை, இதனால் அவற்றுக்கு பாதுகாப்பு அளிப்பது போக்குவரத்து பை எனப்படும் (விதி-33). 
324. ஒரு துணை அலுவலகத்திற்கும் தலைமை அலுவலகத்திற்கும் இடையில் பயன்படுத்தப்படும் பை கணக்கு பை ஆகும். துணை அலுவலகத்திலிருந்து தலைமை அலுவலகத்திற்கான கணக்கு பையில் துணை அலுவலகத்தின் தினசரி கணக்கு இருக்கும். தலைமை அலுவலகத்திலிருந்து துணை அலுவலகத்திற்கான கணக்கு பையில் துணை அலுவலக சீட்டு இருக்கும். கணக்கு பைகள் நிலுவைத் தொகை பைகள் (விதி-34). 
325. உயர் அரசு அதிகாரிகளின் கடிதப் போக்குவரத்தை அடைக்கப் பயன்படுத்தப்படும் பை சிறப்பு பை எனப்படும் (விதி-37). 
326. மாறும் நிலையம் என்பது இரண்டு போக்குவரத்து பிரிவுகளின் எல்லைகள் இணையும் மற்றும் அவற்றில் ஒன்றால் கொண்டு வரப்பட்ட தபால்கள் மற்றொன்றுக்கு ஒப்படைக்கப்படும் ரயில் நிலையம் ஆகும். இணைப்பு நிலையம் என்பது ஒரு ரயில்வே மெயில் சர்வீஸ் பிரிவு ஆகும், இது மற்றொரு ரயில்வே மெயில் சர்வீஸ் பிரிவு இயங்கும் மற்றொரு ரயிலுடன் உடனடியாக இணைக்கும் ரயிலில் இயங்குகிறது. செய்தித்தாள் பதிவு, புதுப்பித்தல் அல்லது எந்த பதிவையும் ரத்து செய்வது துறைத் தலைவரால் வழங்கப்படும் (விதி-40, 41). 
327. A மற்றும் B உத்தரவு ஆர்எம்எஸ் கண்காணிப்பாளரால் வெளியிடப்படுகிறது (விதி-46, 47). 
328. A உத்தரவு வரிசைப்படுத்தும் பட்டியலில் முன்மொழியப்பட்ட மாற்றங்களைக் கொண்டுள்ளது (விதி-46). 
329. B உத்தரவு அஞ்சல் அலுவலகங்களில் SA கடமைகளின் செயல்திறனை உள்ளடக்கியது (விதி-46). 
330. ஒரு அஞ்சல் அலுவலகம் / போக்குவரத்து பிரிவு பெற மற்றும் அனுப்ப வேண்டிய பைகளின் விவரங்களைக் காட்டும் பட்டியல் நிலுவைத் தொகை அஞ்சல் பட்டியல் (விதி-52a). 
331. கட்டுரைகள் எந்த முறையில் அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்பதைக் காட்டும் பட்டியல் வரிசைப்படுத்தும் பட்டியல் (விதி-52a). 
332. ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் அல்லது வழக்கமான இடைவெளியில் அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டிய கட்டுரைகள் மற்றும் ஆவணங்களைக் கொண்ட அஞ்சல் நிலுவைத் தொகை அஞ்சல் என்று அழைக்கப்படுகிறது (விதி-53). 
333. கட்டுரையின் முகம் என்பது முகவரிதாரரின் முகவரி எழுதப்பட்ட பக்கம் (விதி-54). 
334. அஞ்சல் மூடப்படும் பரிந்துரைக்கப்பட்ட நேரத்திற்குப் பிறகும், அனுப்ப அனுமதிக்கப்பட்ட நேரத்திற்குள்ளும், பரிந்துரைக்கப்பட்ட தாமதக் கட்டணத்துடன் (தபால் கட்டணத்திற்கு கூடுதலாக) அனுப்பப்பட்ட கடிதங்கள் தாமதமான கடிதங்கள் என்று அழைக்கப்படுகின்றன (விதி-56a). 
335. அஞ்சல் மூடப்படும் பரிந்துரைக்கப்பட்ட நேரத்திற்குப் பிறகும், அனுப்ப அனுமதிக்கப்பட்ட நேரத்திற்குள்ளும், பரிந்துரைக்கப்பட்ட தபால் கட்டணம் மற்றும் தாமதக் கட்டணம் இல்லாமல் அனுப்பப்பட்ட கடிதங்கள் மிகத் தாமதமான கடித என்று அழைக்கப்படுகின்றன (விதி-56a). 
336. இரவு தபால் நிலையத்தில் தாமதக் கட்டணம் செலுத்தாமல் அனுப்பப்பட்ட கடிதங்களில் 'தாமதமாக தடுத்து வைக்கப்பட்டது, கட்டணம் செலுத்தப்படவில்லை' என்ற குறிப்பு இடப்பட்டு அடுத்த நாள் அனுப்பப்படும் (விதி-56a). 
337. ஒரு அலுவலகத்தால் தவறாக இலக்கு அலுவலகம் அல்லாத வேறு அலுவலகத்திற்கு அனுப்பப்பட்ட கட்டுரை மற்றும் தவறான இலக்குடன் தவறாக அனுப்பப்பட்ட மற்றும் தவறாக வழிநடத்தப்பட்ட வட்டார மொழி கட்டுரை (விதி-57). 
338. மாற்று அஞ்சல் பாதைகளின் ஒப்பீட்டு நன்மை அல்லது கட்டுரைகள் தடுத்து வைக்கப்படுவதற்கான காரணத்தைக் கண்டறியும் நோக்கத்திற்காக பயன்படுத்தப்படும் சோதனை அட்டை. சோதனை அட்டைகள் சிவப்பு நிறத்தில் இருக்கும். சோதனை அட்டை எந்த நிலைய கட்டுக்குள்ளும் சேர்க்கப்படக்கூடாது (விதி-57). 
339. ரயில் நிலையத்தில் கடிதம் எடுக்கும் நேரம் SSRM/SRM ஆல் நிர்ணயிக்கப்படுகிறது (விதி-58). 
340. வெளிநாடுகளுக்கு முகவரியிடப்பட்ட பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட செய்தித்தாள் அனுப்ப தனி உரிமம் பெற்றிருக்க வேண்டும் (விதி-58a).
