203. What is the provisions for grant of Special casual leave for Coaching or Administration of the teams participating in national and international sporting events? 
For Coaching or Administration of the teams participating in national and international sporting events, Provided that services are utilized by the Sports Federation of India or Association recognized by the All India Council of Sports. 30 days
As Commentator in national and international sporting events, Provided that services are utilized for giving running commentaries over All India Radio/ Doordarshan in national/ international meets by the Sports Federation of India or Association recognized by the All India Council of Sports. 30 days

204. What are all the training institutions for Coaching or training eligible for special casual leave?
To attend Coaching or Training camps in the following institutions:
(i) Rajkumari Amrit Kaur Coaching Scheme or similar All India Coaching Schemes
(ii) National Institute of Sports, Patiala
(iii) Coaching camp organized by the National Federation of sports boards recognized by the All India Council of Sports. 30 days
To participate in Trekking or Mountaineering Expeditions which have the approval of the Indian Mountaineering Foundation. 30 days

205. What is the number of days of SPCL to participate in inter-ministerial and interdepartmental tournaments and sporting events?
To participate in inter-ministerial and interdepartmental tournaments and sporting
events, Provided that the sporting event is duly recognized by Government. 10 days

206. What is the period of special casual leave for participating cultural activities?
To participate in cultural activities like dance, dramas, music, poetic symposium
etc. of an All India or Inter-state character organized by the Central Secretariat Sports
Control Board or on its behalf. 30 days

2. There will be no change in the overall limit of 30 days of special casual leave for an individual Government servant for one calendar year for participating in sporting events

203. தேசிய மற்றும் சர்வதேச விளையாட்டு நிகழ்வுகளில் பங்கேற்கும் அணிகளின் பயிற்சி அல்லது நிர்வாகத்திற்கு சிறப்பு தற்செயல் விடுப்பு வழங்குவதற்கான விதிகள் என்ன?

தேசிய மற்றும் சர்வதேச விளையாட்டு நிகழ்வுகளில் பங்கேற்கும் அணிகளின் பயிற்சி அல்லது நிர்வாகத்திற்கு, இந்திய விளையாட்டு கூட்டமைப்பு அல்லது அகில இந்திய விளையாட்டு கவுன்சிலால் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட சங்கத்தால் சேவைகள் பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டால், 30 நாட்கள் சிறப்பு தற்செயல் விடுப்பு வழங்கப்படும்.

தேசிய மற்றும் சர்வதேச விளையாட்டு நிகழ்வுகளில் வர்ணனையாளராக, அகில இந்திய வானொலி/தொலைக்காட்சி மூலம் தேசிய/சர்வதேச போட்டிகளில் நேரடி வர்ணனை வழங்குவதற்கு இந்திய விளையாட்டு கூட்டமைப்பு அல்லது அகில இந்திய விளையாட்டு கவுன்சிலால் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட சங்கத்தால் சேவைகள் பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டால், 30 நாட்கள் சிறப்பு தற்செயல் விடுப்பு வழங்கப்படும்.

204. சிறப்பு தற்செயல் விடுப்புக்கு தகுதியான பயிற்சி அல்லது பயிற்சி முகாம்களுக்கான பயிற்சி நிறுவனங்கள் யாவை?

பின்வரும் நிறுவனங்களில் பயிற்சி அல்லது பயிற்சி முகாம்களில் கலந்துகொள்ள:

(i) ராஜ்குமாரி அம்ரித் கவுர் பயிற்சி திட்டம் அல்லது இதேபோன்ற அகில இந்திய பயிற்சி திட்டங்கள்

(ii) தேசிய விளையாட்டு நிறுவனம், பாட்டியாலா

(iii) அகில இந்திய விளையாட்டு கவுன்சிலால் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட விளையாட்டு வாரியங்களின் தேசிய கூட்டமைப்பால் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்ட பயிற்சி முகாம். 30 நாட்கள்.

இந்திய மலையேற்ற அறக்கட்டளையின் ஒப்புதல் பெற்ற மலையேற்ற பயணங்களில் பங்கேற்க 30 நாட்கள்.

அமைச்சக மற்றும் துறைக்கு இடையிலான போட்டிகள் மற்றும் விளையாட்டு நிகழ்வுகளில் பங்கேற்க, விளையாட்டு நிகழ்வு அரசாங்கத்தால் முறையாக அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்டால், 10 நாட்கள் சிறப்பு தற்செயல் விடுப்பு வழங்கப்படும்.

206. கலாச்சார நடவடிக்கைகளில் பங்கேற்பதற்கான சிறப்பு தற்செயல் விடுப்பின் காலம் என்ன?

மத்திய செயலக விளையாட்டு கட்டுப்பாட்டு வாரியம் அல்லது அதன் சார்பாக ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்ட அகில இந்திய அல்லது மாநிலங்களுக்கு இடையிலான நடனம், நாடகம், இசை, கவிதை கருத்தரங்கம் போன்ற கலாச்சார நடவடிக்கைகளில் பங்கேற்க 30 நாட்கள் சிறப்பு தற்செயல் விடுப்பு வழங்கப்படும்.

மேலே குறிப்பிடப்பட்ட விளையாட்டு நிகழ்வுகளில் பங்கேற்பதற்காக ஒரு தனிப்பட்ட அரசு ஊழியருக்கு ஒரு காலண்டர் ஆண்டில் 30 நாட்கள் சிறப்பு தற்செயல் விடுப்பின் ஒட்டுமொத்த வரம்பில் எந்த மாற்றமும் இருக்காது.
