149. Whether any age relaxation for widows, divorced women, and women separated from their husband is available in Government recruitments?
Yes. The upper age limit in the case of widows, divorced women and women judicially separated from their husbands who are not remarried shall be related up to the age of 35 years (up to 40 years in case of SCs/STS) for the purpose of appointment of Group C&D Posts. The age relaxation  will also applicable even for appointment to Group A and Group B Posts except where recruitment is made through open competitive examination.

150. Whether Employment Exchange registration is compulsory for direct recruitment of Postal Assistants?
No. As per Directorate letter No. 60-31/97-SPB-I dated 31.01.2001, Employment Exchange registration need not be insisted upon for direct recruitment to the cadre of PA/SA.

151. Whether the reservation shall be fixed on vacancy basis or not?
No. The vacancy based rosters had already been replaced by the post based rosters.

152. Whether the Quota fixed for minorities in the reservation is exclusive or part of other quota?
The sub quota of 4.5% for minorities has been carved out from within 27% reservation of OBCs. Now OBCs reservation other than minorities will be 22.5%

149. விதவைகள், விவாகரத்து பெற்ற பெண்கள் மற்றும் கணவரிடமிருந்து சட்டப்பூர்வமாகப் பிரிக்கப்பட்ட பெண்களுக்கு அரசு ஆட்சேர்ப்புகளில் ஏதேனும் வயது தளர்வு உள்ளதா?

ஆம். மறுமணம் செய்யாத விதவைகள், விவாகரத்து பெற்ற பெண்கள் மற்றும் கணவரிடமிருந்து நீதித்துறையால் பிரிக்கப்பட்ட பெண்கள் விஷயத்தில், குரூப் சி&டி பதவிகளில் நியமனம் செய்வதற்காக, அதிகபட்ச வயது வரம்பு 35 வயது வரை (SC/ST களுக்கு 40 வயது வரை) தொடர்புடையதாக இருக்கும். திறந்த போட்டித் தேர்வு மூலம் ஆட்சேர்ப்பு செய்யப்படும் இடங்களைத் தவிர, குரூப் ஏ மற்றும் குரூப் பி பதவிகளில் நியமனம் செய்வதற்கும் வயது தளர்வு பொருந்தும். 150. தபால் உதவியாளர்கள் நேரடி ஆட்சேர்ப்புக்கு வேலைவாய்ப்பு அலுவலகப் பதிவு கட்டாயமா?

இல்லை. இயக்குநரக கடிதம் எண். 60-31/97-SPB-I தேதி 31.01.2001 இன் படி, PA/SA cadre இல் நேரடி ஆட்சேர்ப்புக்கு வேலைவாய்ப்பு அலுவலகப் பதிவு வலியுறுத்தப்பட வேண்டிய அவசியமில்லை. (DG (P) எண். 60-1/2002-SPB I தேதி 06.09.2002)

151. இட ஒதுக்கீடு காலியிட அடிப்படையில் நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட வேண்டுமா அல்லது இல்லையா?

இல்லை. காலியிட அடிப்படையிலான ரோஸ்டர்கள் ஏற்கனவே பதவி அடிப்படையிலான ரோஸ்டர்களால் மாற்றப்பட்டுள்ளன.

152. சிறுபான்மையினருக்கு இட ஒதுக்கீட்டில் ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட ஒதுக்கீடு பிரத்யேகமானதா அல்லது மற்ற ஒதுக்கீட்டின் ஒரு பகுதியா?

சிறுபான்மையினருக்கான 4.5% துணை ஒதுக்கீடு OBCகளின் 27% இட ஒதுக்கீட்டிலிருந்து செதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இப்போது சிறுபான்மையினர் அல்லாத OBCகளின் இட ஒதுக்கீடு 22.5% ஆக இருக்கும். (DOPT OM எண். 41018/2/2011-Estt (Res) தேதி 22.12.2011)
