Transfer under Rule 38 shall be registered and considered only in online mode and at anytime at https://apps.cept.gov.in/rule38transfers .

·        Request registered shall be available to the controlling authority to verify the information provided by the employee w.r.t the service records. In case of any deviation in the information provided the requests shall not be recommended.

·        Requests shall be considered on Quarterly basis in the month of March, June September and December wherein the transfer requests received till preceding month shall be included in the priority list.

·        Recommended transfer requests shall become eligible for indexing in priority list. Priority list shall be drawn on the basis of date and time of submission of the requests online.

·        Requests will be arranged in the following manner by the system:

·        Official with benchmark Disabilities

·        Officials appointed on Compassionate Grounds

·        Official/ dependent family members suffering from Terminal Illness

·        Transfer registered under Spouse ground

·        General cases...

Procedure & Schedule for transfer under Rule 38  as per order dt 03.02.2023

·        விதி 38 ன் கீழ் இட மாறுதலுக்கு online இல் https://apps.cept.gov.in/rule38transfers என்ற link இல் எந்நேரம் வேண்டுமானலும் விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம்.

·        அவ்வாறு விண்ணப்பிக்கப்பட்ட வேண்டுதல்கள் கட்டுப்பாட்டு அதிகாரி சரிபார்ப்புக்கு கோட்ட Login இல் இருக்கும். கோட்ட அதிகாரி அதனை சரிபார்த்து தனது பரிந்துரையை அளிப்பார். தவறான தகவல்களை அளித்த ஊழியரின் வேண்டுதல்களுக்கு சாதகமாக பரிந்துரைக்கப்படமாட்டாது.

·        காலாண்டுக்கு ஒரு முறை மார்ச், ஜூன், செப்டெம்பர், டிசம்பர் போன்ற மாதங்களில் இந்த வேண்டுதல்கள் பரிசீலிக்கப்பட்டு அதன் மீதான ஆணைகள் வெளியிடப்படும்.

·        இட மாறுதலுக்கு பரிந்துரைக்கப்பட்ட வேண்டுதல்களுக்கான மூப்பு பட்டியல் அந்த வேண்டுதல் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட்ட நேரம் மற்றும் தேதியைக் கொண்டு அமையும்.

·        கீழ்வரும் வரிசையில் வேண்டுதல்கள் வரிசை படுத்தப்படும்:

·        ஊனமுற்ற ஊழியர்களின் வேண்டுதல்கள்

·        கருணை அடிப்படையில் பணியமர்த்தப்பட்ட ஊழியர்களின் வேண்டுதல்கள்

·        தீர நோயினால் பதிக்கப்பட்ட ஊழியர் / அவரின் குடும்பத்தாரின் வேண்டுதல்கள்

·        கணவன் / மனைவி அடிப்படையில் சமர்ப்பிக்கபட்ட வேண்டுதல்கள்

·        பொதுவான வேண்டுதல்கள்...
