In the finacle we will face two issues frequently
1. Applet error: some time error throws as " Could not perform login; Applet not properly intialized ".
This is java based error, In control panel open programs and features clik java and check in advance tab all mandatory features are enabled

2. Menus fetching issue : After successful login in to finacle some time menu will not fetch and error throws as "unable to get property "user menu tree obj" of undefined or null reference"
For Internet Explorer, go to tools and click compatibility settings and add the site indiapost.gov.in will resolve the issue even though you using edge browser for finacle login
For Edge browser, in login page at the top right corner after refresh symbol 🔃and prior to url there will be a ie symbol. Clicking it and enabling the compatible mode will resolve the issue.
