Ø Officials due for retirement within two years should not be posted in
Single handed/ Double handed offices.
Ø Officials should not be considered for re-transfer for a period of two
years to the station (Old office) from which he was transferred.
Ø Inter station transfer should be kept minimum
Ø Austerity measures should be taken into account
Ø Divisional heads vested with power to post back an official who already
worked in a single/double handed offices
An ordinary Postal worker, born in a village Krishnarayapuram in the erstwhile Trichy District and now under Karur district. Elevated to the highest echelon of the Union as the General Secretary of the All India Postal Employees Union, Group C Central Headquarters at New Delhi and the Leader Staff Side of the Departmental Council JCM.
