This is a test episode. I am conducting trade union classes and in particular disciplinary class over one year in Tamilnadu to develop creamy leaders. I have succeeded in identifying around 100 of such comrades who are capable of handling the disciplinary cases, drafting etc. Since July 2020, many sessions were held but we have not recorded the discussions. One of the discussions in such session is available and the same is posted only in audio mode.
