3. Regular Meetings: Are we consistently holding Working Committee and General Body meetings periodically, providing vital platforms for discussion, decision-making, and member engagement?
4. Journal Subscription & Readership: Are we making sure that all our members subscribe to, receive, and actively read the journals of the CHQ & NFPE? How are we promoting the importance of these publications?
5. Financial Diligence: Is our branch remitting all dues to the Circle/CHQ/NFPE regularly on or before the 10th of every month? Are we upholding our financial responsibilities to the larger union body?

1. Record Keeping & Follow-Up: Do we maintain comprehensive records and registers for all communications sent and received at every level? Are we diligently taking follow-up actions and sending periodic reminders when progress on demands is slow or stagnant?
