The seniority in the LSG cadre is not determined by the date of joining.
When promotions are made through a Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC), the seniority is based on the order in which individuals are recommended for promotion by the DPC.
The seniority in the LSG cadre will be determined by the order in which individuals are placed in the LSG list released by the respective circle, regardless of their date of joining.
Date of joining in LSG cadre will have no impact in deciding the seniority in LSG
Also do clarify about the promotion to next level ie HSG II from LSG.
ReplyDeleteDoes it depend upon the LSG seniority as discussed above or it depends upon date of joining in LSG cadre (ie ) Will the HSG II promotion accorded based on the seniority in LSG cadre as per list from Circle office or else upon completion of 6 years from the date of joining in LSG cadre.
