5. Whether T.A is entitled again for bringing family subsequent on transfer?

Only the fare by the entitled class for both onward and return journey is admissible to the Govt. Servant for the journey to old station to bring the family. There is no provision for allowing mileage allowance or DA for the period of the journey.

6. Whether the intervening holidays/off days during journey period in case of transfer from one station to another of an official at his own request will be regularized as leave?

In such cases intervening holidays may be deemed to have been availed of by the Govt. servant as 'holidays' and he may not be required to take leave for such holidays/holiday.

7. Whether advance of TA is admissible to the employees under suspension for attending enquiries outside their headquarters?
Yes. As per MOF No. 17 (2) E II/85 dated 28.08.85, such officials may be paid an advance of daily allowance in addition to advance of the actual fare.

8. Whether reimbursement of travelling expenses incurred for undertaking journeys by a retired Government servant for appearing in a Court of law for defending himself against prosecution in a case connected with his official duties is admissible?
Yes. If the said retired Government servant, is honorably acquitted by the court, may be allowed TA as on tour (without any daily allowance for halts) for the journeys they performed from their residence to the court.

9. How many days of TA/DA are maximum allowed to pursue the documents in disciplinary cases?

TA as on tour for a maximum of 3 days from the place of residence to pursue the documents at outstation in disciplinary cases is admissible.
