Filling up the posts of Mail Overseer, Cash Overseer, Sorting Postmen, Head Postmen

• As per the DG P&T Letter No. 44/17/76-SPB I dated 7.2.1977, a minimum service of 10 years in the Postmen cadre is stipulated as eligibility for promotion to the grade of Mail Overseer, Sorting Postman, Head Postman & Cash Overseer.

• In the said order, it is emphasized that there is no relaxation of minimum service for any category.

• After the introduction of TBOP, the posts should be filled up only with TBOP and above officials as per the DG (P) No. 44/75/86-SPB I dated 13.7.1987.

• After the withdrawal of the TBOP/BCR scheme, the above order has no relevance.

• The AP Circle, vide its letter ST/Postman/Misc/2012 dated 23.8.2012, instructed to adhere to the ten years service condition as per the 1977 orders, whether willing or not.

• The CPMG TN Circle ordered to post willing MACP III officials first. If no one is willing, the senior-most willing MACP II officials should be considered. If none are willing, MACP I officials should be considered.

• If no one in MACP I is willing, the junior-most willing MACP I official may be posted.

• No one with less than 2 years of remaining service should be posted.

• This order is from the CPMG TN Circle No. STA/29-FMM/2016 dated 9.10.2018.

• டிஜி பி&டி கடித எண். 44/17/76-எஸ்பிபி I, தேதியிட்ட 7.2.1977 இன் படி, தபால்மேன் பிரிவில் குறைந்தபட்சம் 10 வருட சேவை, மெயில் மேற்பார்வையாளர், சார்டிங் போஸ்ட்மேன், தலைமை போஸ்ட்மேன் & காசாளர் மேற்பார்வையாளர் பதவி உயர்வுக்கு தகுதியாக நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

• அந்த உத்தரவில், எந்தவொரு பிரிவினருக்கும் குறைந்தபட்ச சேவையில் தளர்வு இல்லை என்று வலியுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.

• டிபிஓபி அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்ட பின்னர், டிஜி (பி) எண். 44/75/86-எஸ்பிபி I, தேதியிட்ட 13.7.1987 இன் படி, டிபிஓபி மற்றும் அதற்கு மேற்பட்ட அதிகாரிகள் மட்டுமே பதவிகளை நிரப்ப வேண்டும்.

• டிபிஓபி/பிசிஆர் திட்டம் திரும்பப் பெறப்பட்ட பின்னர், மேற்கண்ட உத்தரவு பொருத்தமற்றது.

• ஆந்திரப் பிரதேச வட்டம் தனது கடிதம் எஸ்டி/போஸ்ட்மேன்/Misc/2012, தேதியிட்ட 23.8.2012 மூலம், 1977 உத்தரவுகளின்படி பத்து வருட சேவை நிபந்தனையை விருப்பம் உள்ளதா இல்லையா என்பதைப் பொருட்படுத்தாமல் கடைப்பிடிக்க அறிவுறுத்தியது.

• சிபிஎம்ஜி தமிழ்நாடு வட்டம் விருப்பமுள்ள MACP III அதிகாரிகளை முதலில் நியமிக்க உத்தரவிட்டது. யாரும் விருப்பமில்லை என்றால், மூத்த விருப்பமுள்ள MACP II அதிகாரிகள் பரிசீலிக்கப்பட வேண்டும். யாருமில்லை என்றால், MACP I அதிகாரிகள் பரிசீலிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

• MACP I இல் யாருமில்லை என்றால், இளைய விருப்பமுள்ள MACP I அதிகாரி நியமிக்கப்படலாம்.

• மீதமுள்ள சேவை 2 வருடங்களுக்கும் குறைவாக உள்ள எவரும் நியமிக்கப்படக்கூடாது.
