When the verification of qualifying service to be exercised and communicated to the concerned official?

• The service book verification should be completed after the employee has completed 18 years of service.
• It should again be done a second time, 5 years before the date of retirement.
• A certificate confirming the verification should be issued to the concerned official in the prescribed Form 24, as per Rule 32 of the Central Civil Services (CCS) Pension Rules.
• For the remaining period of service up to retirement, the service book verification should be completed before submitting pension papers to the Pension Sanctioning Authority.

• பணிப்பதிவேடு சரிபார்ப்பு ஊழியர் 18 வருட சேவை முடித்தபின் முடிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
• அது மீண்டும் இரண்டாவது முறையாக, ஓய்வு பெறும் தேதிக்கு 5 வருடங்களுக்கு முன்பு செய்யப்பட வேண்டும்.
• சரிபார்ப்பை உறுதிப்படுத்தும் சான்றிதழ் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட அதிகாரிக்கு பரிந்துரைக்கப்பட்ட படிவம் 24 இல் வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும், இது மத்திய குடிமைப் பணிகள் (CCS) ஓய்வூதிய விதிகளின் விதி 32 இன் படி.
