7. What is the time limit prescribed for
grant/refusal of permission under the provisions of CCS (Conduct) Rules?

Following time limits for granted or refusing permission has been prescribed
with immediate effect

In
the event of failure on the part of the Competent authority to communicate its
decision within the time limits, the employee shall be free to assure that
permission has been granted to him.
