Due to non verification of community certificate confirmation order has not been issued to the postman. The following is the representation is made on that occasion. There may be many cases like this for that this draft can be used.
Subject: Request
for Issuance of Confirmation/Probation Orders – Case of Sri ………….., Postman, ………….
Respected Sir,
With due respect, I
submit the following for your kind consideration and necessary orders regarding
the delay in issuing my confirmation/probation orders.
I was selected and
appointed as a Postman from the GDS cadre on 08.06.2013 and have been working
in the postman cadre at ………. Post Office since then. I successfully completed
two years of service on 07.06.2015. However, to date, I have not received my
confirmation/probation orders.
It has come to my
knowledge that the delay is due to the non-receipt of verification reports
concerning my antecedents and community certificate. I understand that the
Grandee SSPOs have addressed the concerned authorities multiple times regarding
these verifications, but there has been no response from them. As per the
latest orders if the verification is delayed it should be brought to the notice
of the State Government.
In this regard, I
would like to humbly point out that I was appointed as a Postman from the GDS
cadre, and during my GDS appointment, I had already submitted my community
certificate and attestation form, which would have been duly verified at that
time. These records should suffice for the purpose of my current appointment,
and I should not be penalized due to the inaction of external authorities in
re-verifying documents that were already validated at the time of my initial
GDS appointment.
As per the DoPT
instructions on the issue of delinking confirmation, an official should be
confirmed in their position upon completing two years of service. The issuance
of probation orders should not be delayed for any reason, including the pending
verification of the community certificate, which was already provided and
verified during my GDS engagement. There is no justifiable reason for this
prolonged delay, as the verification process for the community certificate has
no direct bearing on the issuance of confirmation/probation orders. Therefore,
the previously verified certificates should be accepted as valid for this
purpose.
Given the
circumstances, I respectfully request that you kindly issue the necessary
orders confirming me in the Departmental service, in accordance with the rules
and in light of my completed service period. I trust that my case will be given
due consideration and that this matter will be resolved at the earliest to
avoid further unnecessary delays.
I remain hopeful for a
favourable response.
Thanking you in
anticipation.
Yours sincerely,
