My dear comrades, friends and well-wishers,

Namaskar. This is from your kayveeyes. I launched the forum “Your’s Kayveeyes” for the benefit of postal employees during the year 2021 and thereafter there was a big gap in posting matters regularly in the blog due to various engagements. I have decided to refresh this blog with more materials enriching the knowledge to all the CG employees and in particular to Postal employees. Here in this website, you can get almost everything for the drafting and protection of employees who are in crisis. You can have easy access to all the Govt orders, rules, and manuals which are segregated in to chapter-wise; head wise and also the publications I made at the time of holding the post of General Secretary of the AIPEU Group C Union and thereafter. A precious collection is launched by me and available at your fingertips. Please make use of it. This will be helpful for the candidates appearing in the departmental examinations also.

Many of you may not be aware that in Tamilnadu, I was conducting regular classes on the topic of staff rulings and disciplinary rules and I was regularly releasing the study materials to them. More than 539 participants were in the Google class and we were regularly meeting on Sundays. More than 100 young comrades devoted themselves for the cause of fellow workers and they can independently deal any cases and prepare drafts in Tamilnadu Circle. As such why not the same be extended to all over India. There are more young comrades possessing knowledge and dedication and can lead the movement further in the days to come. It is possible if willing comrades and friends are coming forward. Now I have decided to utilise this website as a tool for the benefit of my comrades and in particular to the young comrades throughout the country. The model representations which we are posted regularly are just examples of the presentation with simple English for penetration among all the comrades. It is nothing but knowledge sharing. Knowledge is power and makes it a weapon to safeguard fellow comrades.

I am sending the link of the posts immediately after posting in the blog despite the fact that I know many are not seeing the blog. As on today, I know that even 5% of my friends and comrades are ignoring the link I am sending to them individually but it will not scuttle my efforts. I will continue the job and I am confident that one day it will have a big response.

I have constructed the blog now user-friendly and can have easy access through mobile phones. The posts can be seen through cell phones just clicking the link. Even links were given to the youtube channels. If everyone just clicks the follow button at the bottom of the website, they will receive a notification of posts as and when posted. Why cant you follow the blog? Please.

I am confident that the situation today regarding non-viewing the blog by many comrades, including the divisional secretaries and office bearers of the circle unions, will change. They will also be enriched by reading the posts to ensure their effective functioning at their levels. They are the future leaders of the trade union movement, and there should be no vacuum in the leadership due to the dearth of intellectual leaders.
