29. Communication about the fact of conviction
It
is the duty of a Government Servant (G.S.) to communicate to his official
superiors the fact of his conviction. Failing to do so will invite disciplinary
action, as it amounts to suppression of material information.
30. Observance of
punctuality in Government Offices.
Habitual late attendance is
viewed as conduct unbecoming of a Government servant and disciplinary action
may be taken against such a Government servant. It is also added that
punctuality in attendance is to be observed by Government servants at all levels.
