     26. Failure to report acquisition of assets by spouse is not misconduct unless it is out of funds of the Government Servant.

27. Reacting violently to the abuses of an official visitor is not misconduct

    28. An employee assaulting another away from and outside the establishment. Such an act per se does not become an act of subversion of discipline.

29. Communication about the fact of conviction

It is the duty of a Government Servant (G.S.) to communicate to his official superiors the fact of his conviction. Failing to do so will invite disciplinary action, as it amounts to suppression of material information.

 

30. Observance of punctuality in Government Offices.

Habitual late attendance is viewed as conduct unbecoming of a Government servant and disciplinary action may be taken against such a Government servant. It is also added that punctuality in attendance is to be observed by Government servants at all levels.
