Admissibility of TA/DA to PMEGP Enumerators
• Issued by the Parcel and CCS Directorate, New Delhi under BD-10RP/3/2023-BDMD-DOP dated 19 May 2026 (and circulated by the Tamil Nadu Circle on 26/05/2026 under No. BD/10-605/KVIC/2026).
• The order clarifies that under the existing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), there is no provision for paying Travelling Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) to Enumerators or Quality Checkers.
• This restriction applies to all physical verifications of Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) units, collection of bank forms, or related fieldwork.
• Staff are only entitled to per-verification incentives based on successful completion and quality checks; no additional TA/DA payments are admissible.
Incentive Structure & Accounting for PMEGP Verifications
• Issued by the Business Development Directorate, New Delhi under BD-10RP/3/2023-BDMD-DOP dated 29 September 2025. 
• To compensate field staff for their effort in PMEGP physical verifications, the following total inclusive incentive rates were established: 
o Enumerator: ₹225 per successful verification. 
o Quality Checker: ₹25 per successful verification. 
• Invoices raised to the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) must be billed at a base rate of ₹3,000 per verification (excluding GST), with clear tax component breakdowns. 
• All pending incentives up to June 30, 2025, were mandated to be disbursed positively by October 31, 2025, utilizing the specific booking and Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) account codes provided in the order's annexure.
