Holding of Pension Adalats regularly
• The Department of Pension & Pensioners' Welfare (PW) issued guidelines for holding Pension Adalats through its letter No. 44013/2/2010-Coord dated 25.3.2011 and circulated them.
• Accordingly, Pensioners' Adalats may be held twice every year, around January and July. The venue and time should be notified through advertisements in leading newspapers and media.
• Such advertisements should be published at least four months in advance of the proposed date of the Adalat.
• The grievances of the pensioners should be submitted within 90 days from the date of issue of the notice.
• A period of 4 to 6 weeks is sufficient to investigate the representation or complaint. One officer will be nominated to receive these representations or complaints.
• Pensioners' Associations at the station shall be informed about the meeting.
• Legal points, suggestions, and policy matters will not be taken up at the Adalat. If a grievance is not tenable, the pensioner should be advised suitably in writing.
• The representations should be acknowledged, indicating the date, venue, and time of the Adalat.
• No case should be held up for the sake of further consideration or decision.
• Now, the DOP &PW, through its letter dated 15.1.2024, has instructed that the calendar for holding the Adalats should be displayed on websites as per the request of the JCM National Council, and the meetings should be held according to the schedule. • அதன்படி, ஓய்வூதியதாரர்களுக்கான குறைதீர்ப்பு முகாம்கள் ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் ஜனவரி மற்றும் ஜூலை மாதங்களைச் சுற்றி இரண்டு முறை நடத்தப்படலாம். இடம் மற்றும் நேரம் முன்னணி செய்தித்தாள்கள் மற்றும் ஊடகங்களில் விளம்பரங்கள் மூலம் தெரிவிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
• அத்தகைய விளம்பரங்கள் குறைதீர்ப்பு முகாம் நடத்த உத்தேசிக்கப்பட்ட தேதிக்கு குறைந்தது நான்கு மாதங்களுக்கு முன்னதாக வெளியிடப்பட வேண்டும்.
• ஓய்வூதியதாரர்களின் குறைகள் அறிவிப்பு வெளியிடப்பட்ட தேதியிலிருந்து 90 நாட்களுக்குள் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
• பிரதிநிதித்துவம்/புகார் குறித்து விசாரிக்க 4 முதல் 6 வாரங்கள் போதுமான நேரம். பிரதிநிதித்துவங்கள்/புகார்களைப் பெற ஒரு அதிகாரி நியமிக்கப்படுவார்.
• நிலையத்தில் உள்ள ஓய்வூதியதாரர் சங்கங்களுக்கு கூட்டம் குறித்து தெரிவிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
• சட்டப்பூர்வமான புள்ளிகள், பரிந்துரைகள் மற்றும் கொள்கை விஷயங்கள் முகாமில் எடுத்துக்கொள்ளப்பட மாட்டாது. குறை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ள முடியாததாக இருந்தால், அது குறித்து எழுத்துப்பூர்வமாக தகுந்த முறையில் அறிவுறுத்தப்பட வேண்டும்.
• பிரதிநிதித்துவங்கள் தேதி, இடம் மற்றும் நேரம் ஆகியவற்றைக் குறிப்பிட்டு ஒப்புக்கொள்ளப்பட வேண்டும்.
• மேலும் பரிசீலனை அல்லது முடிவுக்காக எந்த வழக்கும் நிறுத்தி வைக்கப்படக்கூடாது.
• இப்போது, DOP &PW தனது கடிதம் தேதியிட்ட 15.1.2024 மூலம், JCM தேசிய கவுன்சிலின் கோரிக்கையின்படி, குறைதீர்ப்பு முகாம்கள் நடத்துவதற்கான அட்டவணையை இணையதளங்களில் வெளியிடவும், அட்டவணையின்படி கூட்டங்களை நடத்தவும் அறிவுறுத்தியுள்ளது. (DOP&PW OM No. 1/2/2022(JCM)-P&PW€ தேதியிட்ட 15.1.2024)
