Redressal of Pensioners Grievances – Pensioners must know
• The Government has developed the Centralised Pension Grievances Redress and Monitoring System (CPENGRAMS) for the speedy settlement of pensioners' grievances.
• Complaints can be registered directly on the portal, and the toll-free number is 1800-11-1960.
• Grievances lodged on CPENGRAMS are to be resolved within 30 days.
• The grievances of Family Pensioners and Super Senior Pensioners may be accorded the highest priority.
• An officer will be appointed as the Nodal Appellate Authority for the timely disposal of pension-related appeals. This authority will dispose of the appeal within 30 days.
• The responsibility for the closure of grievances lodged on the CPENGRAMS portal lies with the concerned Ministry or department.
• Grievances should be closed on the CPENGRAMS portal only after the ultimate and conclusive redressal of the issues.
• Premature closure of grievances on the CPENGRAMS portal must be avoided. (Department of Pension & Pensioners' Welfare Office Memorandum No. 14/12/2023 – P&PW (CPEN) -9012 dated 23.8.2023)
• ஓய்வூதியதாரர்களின் குறைகளை விரைவாகத் தீர்ப்பதற்காக, அரசாங்கம் மத்திய ஓய்வூதிய குறைதீர்ப்பு மற்றும் கண்காணிப்பு அமைப்பை (CPENGRAMS) உருவாக்கியுள்ளது.
• புகார்களை நேரடியாக இணையதளத்தில் பதிவு செய்யலாம். கட்டணமில்லா தொலைபேசி எண் 1800-11-1960 ஆகும்.
• CPENGRAMS இல் பதிவு செய்யப்படும் குறைகள் 30 நாட்களுக்குள் தீர்க்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
• குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியதாரர்கள் மற்றும் மிக மூத்த ஓய்வூதியதாரர்களின் குறைகளுக்கு அதிக முன்னுரிமை அளிக்கப்படலாம்.
• ஓய்வூதியம் தொடர்பான மேல்முறையீடுகளை சரியான நேரத்தில் முடிப்பதற்காக ஒரு அதிகாரி நோடல் மேல்முறையீட்டு அதிகாரியாக நியமிக்கப்படுவார். இந்த அதிகாரி 30 நாட்களுக்குள் மேல்முறையீட்டை முடித்து வைப்பார்.
• CPENGRAMS இணையதளத்தில் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட குறைகளை முடித்து வைக்கும் பொறுப்பு சம்பந்தப்பட்ட அமைச்சகம்/துறையிடம் உள்ளது.
• குறைகளின் இறுதி மற்றும் உறுதியான தீர்வு காணப்பட்ட பின்னரே குறைகள் CPENGRAMS இணையதளத்தில் முடிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
• CPENGRAMS இணையதளத்தில் குறைகளை முன்கூட்டியே முடிப்பதை தவிர்க்க வேண்டும். (ஓய்வூதியம் மற்றும் ஓய்வூதியதாரர்கள் நலத்துறை அலுவலகக் குறிப்பாணை எண். 14/12/2023 – P&PW (CPEN) -9012 தேதியிட்ட 23.8.2023)
