Maintenance of personal records of the pensioners – Parliament reply
• For the purpose of maintaining the personal records of pensioners, the Government has introduced an online system where all personal information will be captured.
• Pensioners are allowed to change their names or surnames following the same instructions that are applicable to Central Government employees.
• A pensioner can update their family details even after retirement through this online system.
• For grievance settlement, the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPENGRAMS) is available in each ministry and department.
• The Government is taking the following steps for the welfare of pensioners: i. Simplification of rules and procedures for pensioners and family pensioners, ii. Implementation of Bhavishya for online processing and sanction of pension, iii. Grievance redressal mechanism through CPENGRAMS, iv. Digital life certificate submission through Jeevan Pramaan, v. Conducting pre-retirement counseling workshops. (Lok Sabha Question No. 989 dated 26.7.2023)
• ஓய்வூதியதாரர்களின் தனிப்பட்ட பதிவுகளைப் பராமரிக்கும் நோக்கத்திற்காக, அரசாங்கம் ஒரு ஆன்லைன் முறையை அறிமுகப்படுத்தியுள்ளது, இதில் அனைத்து தனிப்பட்ட தகவல்களும் பதிவு செய்யப்படும்.
• மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர்களுக்குப் பொருந்தக்கூடிய அதே வழிமுறைகளைப் பின்பற்றி, ஓய்வூதியதாரர்கள் தங்கள் பெயர்கள் அல்லது குடும்பப் பெயர்களை மாற்ற அனுமதிக்கப்படுகிறார்கள்.
• ஓய்வு பெற்ற பின்னரும் ஓய்வூதியதாரர் இந்த ஆன்லைன் முறை மூலம் தனது குடும்ப விவரங்களைப் புதுப்பிக்கலாம்.
• குறைகளைத் தீர்ப்பதற்காக, ஒவ்வொரு அமைச்சகம் மற்றும் துறையிலும் மத்திய பொது குறைதீர்ப்பு மற்றும் கண்காணிப்பு அமைப்பு (CPENGRAMS) உள்ளது.
• ஓய்வூதியதாரர்களின் நலனுக்காக அரசாங்கம் பின்வரும் நடவடிக்கைகளை எடுத்து வருகிறது: i. ஓய்வூதியதாரர்கள் மற்றும் குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியதாரர்களுக்கான விதிகள் மற்றும் நடைமுறைகளை எளிதாக்குதல், ii. ஓய்வூதியத்தை ஆன்லைனில் செயலாக்குதல் மற்றும் அனுமதிப்பதற்கான பவிஷ்யாவை செயல்படுத்துதல், iii. CPENGRAMS மூலம் குறைதீர்ப்பு பொறிமுறை, iv. ஜீவன் பிரமான் மூலம் டிஜிட்டல் ஆயுள் சான்றிதழ் சமர்ப்பிப்பு, v. ஓய்வுக்கு முந்தைய ஆலோசனைப் பட்டறைகளை நடத்துதல். (மக்களவை கேள்வி எண் 989 தேதியிட்ட 26.7.2023)
