207. How many days of SCL will be granted for attending meeting of Scientific Associations and Co-Operative Societies?
Government servants may be granted special casual leave to the extent required to attend meetings organized by Scientific Associations, and for journeys to and from the
place of meetings.
SCL for this purpose may be combined with casual leave.

208. How many days special casual leave may be granted for office bearers of cooperative societies?
Government servants who are members, management committee members and office bearers of cooperative societies (formed exclusively with Government employees)
and posted outside the headquarters of the societies may be granted special casual leave upto a maximum of 10 days in a calendar year to attend meetings of cooperative society.

209. What is the provision of SCL for Union/Association Activities?
Government servants who are union office bearers and delegates of the Government employees unions/associations may be granted special casual leave to attend the activities
of Unions/Associations.
(a) An office bearer of a recognized association/union may be granted special casual leave up to a maximum of 20 days in a calendar year.
(b) Outstation members of executive Committee may be granted special casual leave up to 10 days in a calendar year.
(c) Local members of executive committees may be granted special casual leave up to 5 days in a calendar year for attending meetings.

210. What is the number of days of SCL for appearing in Departmental Examinations?
1. Government servants may be granted special casual leave for appearing in Departmental Promotion Examination for the actual duration of the examination and the journey period. This facility will not be admissible for appearing at the open competitive examinations for direct recruitment.

207. அறிவியல் சங்கங்கள் மற்றும் கூட்டுறவு சங்கங்களின் கூட்டங்களில் கலந்துகொள்ள எத்தனை நாட்கள் சிறப்பு தற்செயல் விடுப்பு வழங்கப்படும்?
அறிவியல் சங்கங்கள் நடத்தும் கூட்டங்களில் கலந்துகொள்ளவும், கூட்டங்களுக்குச் சென்று வரவும் அரசு ஊழியர்களுக்குத் தேவையான அளவிற்கு சிறப்பு தற்செயல் விடுப்பு வழங்கப்படும்.
இந்த நோக்கத்திற்காக சிறப்பு தற்செயல் விடுப்பை தற்செயல் விடுப்புடன் இணைக்கலாம்.

208. கூட்டுறவு சங்கங்களின் அலுவலகப் பொறுப்பாளர்களுக்கு எத்தனை நாட்கள் சிறப்பு தற்செயல் விடுப்பு வழங்கப்படலாம்?
அரசு ஊழியர்களைக் கொண்டு பிரத்தியேகமாக உருவாக்கப்பட்ட கூட்டுறவு சங்கங்களின் உறுப்பினர்கள், நிர்வாகக் குழு உறுப்பினர்கள் மற்றும் அலுவலகப் பொறுப்பாளர்கள் சங்கங்களின் தலைமையகத்திற்கு வெளியே பணியமர்த்தப்பட்டிருந்தால், கூட்டுறவு சங்கத்தின் கூட்டங்களில் கலந்துகொள்ள ஒரு காலண்டர் ஆண்டில் அதிகபட்சமாக 10 நாட்கள் வரை சிறப்பு தற்செயல் விடுப்பு வழங்கப்படலாம்.

209. சங்கம்/கூட்டுறவு சங்க நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கான சிறப்பு தற்செயல் விடுப்புக்கான ஏற்பாடு என்ன?
அரசு ஊழியர் சங்கங்கள்/கூட்டுறவு சங்கங்களின் அலுவலகப் பொறுப்பாளர்கள் மற்றும் பிரதிநிதிகளாக இருக்கும் அரசு ஊழியர்களுக்கு சங்கம்/கூட்டுறவு சங்க நடவடிக்கைகளில் கலந்துகொள்ள சிறப்பு தற்செயல் விடுப்பு வழங்கப்படலாம்.
(a) அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட சங்கம்/கூட்டுறவு சங்கத்தின் அலுவலகப் பொறுப்பாளருக்கு ஒரு காலண்டர் ஆண்டில் அதிகபட்சமாக 20 நாட்கள் வரை சிறப்பு தற்செயல் விடுப்பு வழங்கப்படலாம்.
(b) நிர்வாகக் குழுவின் வெளியூர் உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு ஒரு காலண்டர் ஆண்டில் 10 நாட்கள் வரை சிறப்பு தற்செயல் விடுப்பு வழங்கப்படலாம்.
(c) நிர்வாகக் குழுவின் உள்ளூர் உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு கூட்டங்களில் கலந்துகொள்ள ஒரு காலண்டர் ஆண்டில் 5 நாட்கள் வரை சிறப்பு தற்செயல் விடுப்பு வழங்கப்படலாம்.

210. துறை தேர்வுகளில் கலந்துகொள்வதற்கு சிறப்பு தற்செயல் விடுப்பின் நாட்கள் என்ன?
துறை பதவி உயர்வு தேர்வில் கலந்துகொள்ள அரசு ஊழியர்களுக்கு தேர்வின் உண்மையான கால அளவு மற்றும் பயண காலத்திற்கு சிறப்பு தற்செயல் விடுப்பு வழங்கப்படலாம்.
நேரடி ஆட்சேர்ப்புக்கான திறந்த போட்டி தேர்வுகளில் கலந்துகொள்ள இந்த வசதி அனுமதிக்கப்படாது.
