With due respect and regards I humbly submit the following few lines for your erudite self’s kind consideration and supply of photocopies of Documents in order to submit my written reply.
On par with supply of photocopies of documents the question of relevancy should be looked at from the point of view of the defence and if there is any possible line of defence to which the document may, in some way be relevant, though the relevance is not clear to the disciplinary authority at the time that the request is made, the request should not rejected.
As per the natural justice and taking into the account of tenor of rules, It is very well established in the order MHA,O.M.MO.F.30/5/61-AVD,dt.25.8.1961 if the Government servant make a request for supply of copies of statements and documents that before he files a written statement, the request shall be acceded to.
To substantiate my request I hereby cited the rules ibid for your kind examination to accord supply of photocopies of Documents mentioned in the memo cited ………….. dated the ………… and grant of time limit for submitting my written explanation after the receiving the Photocopies of the below documents as mentioned below:
