I OPH Postal employee appointed on 06-03-1994. as postal assistant. Recovered Rs. 12640/- towards double TA paid from 01-01-2005 when I was leave for one day, two days like that total 153 days Or so. Is this rule correct. If so please send rule. I thought that whenever official leave for complete one calander month his TA will not be paid.
