217. Whether airfare of children whose full fare is charged by the airlines is reimbursable?
Yes. If full fare has been charged by the airlines and paid by the Government Servant, the same will be reimbursed.
218. Whether Sikkim is included In NER?
Yes NER included Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim & Tripura.
219. The officials not entitled to air travel, but availed LTC by air travel. Whether their claims will be admitted?
Yes. Their claim for reimbursement shall be made as per the entitled class of rail.

220. Whether tours conducted by ITDC/State Tourisms will qualify for LTC?
As per OM dated 30.7.2002, tours conducted by the ITDC / State/Tourism Development Corporations either in their own buses or buses hired or chartered by them from outside will qualify for LTC.
221. Whether the Travel by Tour Packages operated by IRCTC consisting of Rail/Air travels is admissible for LTC.
The reimbursement of air fare along with rail and road fare in the case of LTC journey in tour offered by IRCTC will be permissible
