Aadhar is the single source of Truth for CGHS cards
• Problems are being faced in case of a mismatch in name spelling, date of birth, or gender at the time of CGHS card application.
• The Aadhaar database of an individual shall serve as the “Single Source of Truth.”
• For the purpose of creation and verification of identity, name, date of birth, and gender, the Aadhaar database will be used.
• This is according to MOH, CGHS Director No. Z15025/23/2023/DIR/CGHS/3663778/2024 dated 28.3.2024.
• சிஜிஹெச்எஸ் அட்டை விண்ணப்பத்தின் போது பெயர் எழுத்துப்பிழை, பிறந்த தேதி அல்லது பாலினம் ஆகியவற்றில் பொருந்தாத நிலை ஏற்பட்டால் சிக்கல்கள் ஏற்படுகின்றன.
• ஒரு தனிநபரின் ஆதார் தரவுத்தளம் "ஒற்றை உண்மை மூலமாக" செயல்படும்.
• அடையாளத்தை உருவாக்குதல் மற்றும் சரிபார்த்தல், பெயர், பிறந்த தேதி மற்றும் பாலினம் ஆகியவற்றுக்காக ஆதார் தரவுத்தளம் பயன்படுத்தப்படும்.
