Relaxation in consideration of Rule 38 transfers'

• Rule 38 transfer is considered through the online transfer portal.
• Onward transfer is allowed only when the parent unit is having a working strength of 66.66% or above.
• Due to this condition, transfers in the cadre of Postmen & MTS are not being approved on the ground of staff shortage.
• The Directorate has received references to relax this condition further.
• Circles have been asked to comment about the relaxation for the Postmen & MTS cadre.
• Circles were further asked to furnish the status of filling up vacancies and the estimated vacancy for 2024.
• This information is based on DG (P) No.X-12/6/2021-SPN – DOP dated 19.2.2024.

• விதி 38 இடமாற்றம் ஆன்லைன் இடமாற்ற இணையதளம் மூலம் பரிசீலிக்கப்படுகிறது.
• பெற்றோர் அலகு 66.66% அல்லது அதற்கு மேல் பணிபுரியும் வலிமையைக் கொண்டிருக்கும்போது மட்டுமே முன்னோக்கி இடமாற்றம் அனுமதிக்கப்படுகிறது.
• இந்த நிபந்தனை காரணமாக, பணியாளர் பற்றாக்குறை அடிப்படையில் போஸ்ட்மேன் & MTS பிரிவில் இடமாற்றங்கள் அங்கீகரிக்கப்படவில்லை.
• இந்த நிபந்தனையை மேலும் தளர்த்துவது குறித்து இயக்குநரகம் குறிப்புகளைப் பெற்றுள்ளது.
• போஸ்ட்மேன் & MTS பிரிவினருக்கான தளர்வு குறித்து வட்டங்கள் கருத்து தெரிவிக்கக் கேட்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
• காலியிடங்களை நிரப்புவதற்கான நிலை மற்றும் 2024 ஆம் ஆண்டிற்கான மதிப்பிடப்பட்ட காலியிடங்கள் குறித்த விவரங்களை வட்டங்கள் மேலும் வழங்கக் கேட்கப்பட்டன.
