41. Allotment of Govt. office accommodation to the unions/associations of Central Govt. employees for their offices
• The President has decided that recognized P&T Unions and Associations may be allotted minimum government office accommodation for their offices, subject to availability.
• Rent will be charged based on standard rent under F.R. 45-A or pooled standard rent under FR-45A where applicable.
• Additionally, service charges and other related expenses will be recovered from the Unions/Associations.
• This decision is based on DG (P) No. 38/2/71-NB dated March 22, 1972, and NO. 38-4/74-NB dated January 25, 1975.
Allotment of Govt. office accommodation to the unions/associations of Central Govt. employees for their offices
The President has been pleased to decide that, subject to availability, minimum Govt. office accommodation may be allotted for office purposes to recognised P&T Unions and Associations. The rent shall be charged on the basis of standard rent under F.R. 45-A or pooled standard rent under FR-45A where rents have been pooled. In addition service charges, etc. shall also be recovered from the Unions/Associations.
