Revision in the training days for PA/SA in training centres

• At present, direct and promoted Postal Assistant (PA) candidates receive training for 48 working days at the Postal Training Centre (PTC), excluding Sundays and holidays.

• Additionally, 15 days of on-the-job training at the work spot is provided prior to the induction training.

• This training duration and structure has been revised with immediate effect.

• For Postal Assistant (PA) training, covering both direct recruitment and departmental candidates, the duration will now be 8 weeks.

• For Sorting Assistant (SA) training, the duration will be 7 weeks, as per DG (P) No. 01-22/2010-Trg dated 12.5.2023.

• தற்போது, நேரடி மற்றும் பதவி உயர்வு மூலம் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட தபால் உதவியாளர் (PA) விண்ணப்பதாரர்களுக்கு ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமைகள் மற்றும் விடுமுறை நாட்களைத் தவிர்த்து, தபால் பயிற்சி மையத்தில் (PTC) 48 வேலை நாட்கள் பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்படுகிறது.

• கூடுதலாக, உள்ளிணைப்பு பயிற்சிக்கு முன், பணியிடத்தில் 15 நாட்கள் நேரடி பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்படுகிறது.

• இந்த பயிற்சி காலம் மற்றும் கட்டமைப்பு உடனடியாக நடைமுறைக்கு வரும் வகையில் திருத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.

• நேரடி ஆட்சேர்ப்பு மற்றும் துறை சார்ந்த விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் இருவரையும் உள்ளடக்கிய தபால் உதவியாளர் (PA) பயிற்சிக்கு, பயிற்சி காலம் இப்போது 8 வாரங்களாக இருக்கும்.

• DG (P) No. 01-22/2010-Trg dated 12.5.2023 இன் படி, பிரிவினை உதவியாளர் (SA) பயிற்சிக்கு, பயிற்சி காலம் 7 வாரங்களாக இருக்கும்.
