National Bill Mail Service
∙ This service is meant for destinations other than the local ones serviced by BMS. ∙ NBMS articles are accepted at BMS centres.
∙ Articles have to be submitted in pin code wise bundles.
∙ The minimum quantity to be posted in 10000. Under this service, the articles can be sent to any destination in India.
∙ These articles will be treated as first class articles providing air transmission ∙ Tariff
o Upto 50 gms - Rs. 5.00
o For every additional 50 gms or part thereof – Rs. 2.00
Direct Post
Through this service, unaddressed Postal articles like letters, cards, brochures, questionnaires, pamphlets, samples, coupons, posters or any other form of printed communication that is not prohibited under the Indian post Office Act can be sent. A minimum of 1000 pieces at a time is prescribed. No upper limit. Length and width of articles should not exceed A-3 size paper.
∙ Articles do not bear any address.
∙ To be accepted across the counter – not be posted in LB.
∙ Sender/Mailer to specify the area of delivery of his Direct Mail.
∙ Pre mailing activity also under taken by the Post office.
Tariff:
∙ Local upto first 20 gms - Rs. 1.50 per article
∙ Intercity upto first 20 gms - Rs. 2.00 per article
∙ For every additional 20 grams or part there of - Re 1.00
∙ Discount of 5% for articles tendered at one time are 50000 or more
Retail Post
Retail Post involves distribution of products of customers and other services.
∙ Third party Payments
∙ Sale of application forms, university forms etc.,
∙ Bill collection using ePayment (telephone bills, water/electricity bills etc.,) ∙ Railway passenger reservation system
∙ Delivery of Ration cards
∙ Sale of Aloe Vera Products, Bulbs, Tube lights, Fan, Gangajal, Prasadam, etc.
ePost
The Internet revolution has allowed rapid exchange of communication through e-mail. However, the internet has not reached most of the rural India and other remote areas, & to bring the benefit of the revolutionary internet technology to people living in these areas, India Post has introduced e-post.
Features:
∙ Printed, or even handwritten messages can be sent through e-post
∙ All the District and town post offices are provided with e-post facility. The messages received across the counters are scanned and transmitted instantly through the e-post software.
∙ e-post messages are down loaded by the e-post centers and further sent out for delivery
∙ e-post messages should be of A-4 size paper
∙ Any number of messages can be booked and sent
∙ Multiple message options are also available
∙ e-post messages are treated on par with unregistered mails.
∙ Charges:
o Retail - For A4 Rs.10/-
o Corporate - Rs.6/-
o Credit facility for corporate customer
o Corporate Customer has to enter into Business Agreement with India Post. Corporate customers will get special e-POST rates and other value additions.
Other facility:
∙ Customer having internet facility at home or office can also avail this facility by accessing www.indiapost.nic.in following the instructions. Payment can be made through prepaid e-post cards available at post offices with different denominations.
Procedure:
∙ Customer to present A-4 size paper message - printed, handwritten , (any language), picture , text or both - at any PO

∙ The name, address, Pin code to be clearly furnished on the top
∙ Fee Rs.10/- per copy, per addressee to be collected
∙ Receipt granted
∙ Message scanned and transmitted
∙ Messages received, print taken out and sent out for delivery.

தேசிய பில் அஞ்சல் சேவை:
• இந்த சேவை BMS மூலம் சேவை செய்யப்படும் உள்ளூர் அல்லாத இடங்களுக்கானது.
• NBMS கட்டுரைகள் BMS மையங்களில் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படுகின்றன.
• கட்டுரைகள் பின் குறியீடு வாரியான மூட்டைகளில் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
• ஒரே நேரத்தில் இடுகையிட வேண்டிய குறைந்தபட்ச அளவு 10000 ஆகும். இந்த சேவையின் கீழ், கட்டுரைகளை இந்தியாவின் எந்த இடத்திற்கும் அனுப்பலாம்.
• இந்த கட்டுரைகள் முதல் வகுப்பு கட்டுரைகளாக கருதப்படும், விமான பரிமாற்றத்தை வழங்கும்.
• கட்டணம்:
o 50 கிராம் வரை - ரூ. 5.00

நேரடி அஞ்சல்:
• இந்த சேவை மூலம், முகவரியிடப்படாத தபால் கட்டுரைகள் கடிதங்கள், அட்டைகள், பிரசுரங்கள், கேள்வித்தாள்கள், துண்டுப்பிரசுரங்கள், மாதிரிகள், கூப்பன்கள், சுவரொட்டிகள் அல்லது இந்திய தபால் அலுவலக சட்டத்தின் கீழ் தடைசெய்யப்படாத வேறு எந்த அச்சிடப்பட்ட தகவல்தொடர்பு வடிவத்தையும் அனுப்பலாம். ஒரு நேரத்தில் குறைந்தபட்சம் 1000 துண்டுகள் பரிந்துரைக்கப்படுகிறது. அதிகபட்ச வரம்பு இல்லை. கட்டுரைகளின் நீளம் மற்றும் அகலம் A-3 அளவு காகிதத்தை விட அதிகமாக இருக்கக்கூடாது.
o கட்டுரைகளில் எந்த முகவரியும் இருக்கக்கூடாது.
o கவுண்டரில் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்பட வேண்டும் - LB இல் இடுகையிடப்படக்கூடாது.
o அனுப்புநர்/அஞ்சல் அனுப்புபவர் தனது நேரடி அஞ்சலின் டெலிவரி பகுதியை குறிப்பிட வேண்டும்.
o முன் அஞ்சல் செயல்பாடும் தபால் அலுவலகத்தால் மேற்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

சில்லறை அஞ்சல்:
சில்லறை அஞ்சல் வாடிக்கையாளர்களின் தயாரிப்புகள் மற்றும் பிற சேவைகளை விநியோகம் செய்வதை உள்ளடக்கியது.
• மூன்றாம் தரப்பு கொடுப்பனவுகள்
• விண்ணப்ப படிவங்கள், பல்கலைக்கழக படிவங்கள் போன்றவை விற்பனை.

மின் அஞ்சல் (ePost):
• இணைய புரட்சி மின்னஞ்சல் மூலம் விரைவான தகவல்தொடர்பு பரிமாற்றத்தை அனுமதித்துள்ளது. இருப்பினும், இணையம் பெரும்பாலான கிராமப்புற இந்தியா மற்றும் பிற தொலைதூரப் பகுதிகளை அடையவில்லை, மேலும் இந்த பகுதிகளில் வசிக்கும் மக்களுக்கு புரட்சிகரமான இணைய தொழில்நுட்பத்தின் பலனை கொண்டு வர, இந்திய தபால் அலுவலகம் மின் அஞ்சலை அறிமுகப்படுத்தியுள்ளது.
அம்சங்கள்:
• அச்சிடப்பட்ட அல்லது கையால் எழுதப்பட்ட செய்திகளை கூட மின் அஞ்சல் மூலம் அனுப்பலாம்.
• அனைத்து மாவட்ட மற்றும் நகர தபால் அலுவலகங்களுக்கும் மின் அஞ்சல் வசதி வழங்கப்படுகிறது. கவுண்டர்களில் பெறப்பட்ட செய்திகள் ஸ்கேன் செய்யப்பட்டு மின் அஞ்சல் மென்பொருள் மூலம் உடனடியாக அனுப்பப்படுகின்றன.
• மின் அஞ்சல் செய்திகள் மின் அஞ்சல் மையங்களால் பதிவிறக்கம் செய்யப்பட்டு டெலிவரிக்கு அனுப்பப்படுகின்றன.
• மின் அஞ்சல் செய்திகள் A-4 அளவு காகிதமாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
• எத்தனை செய்திகளையும் முன்பதிவு செய்து அனுப்பலாம்.
• பல செய்தி விருப்பங்களும் உள்ளன.
• மின் அஞ்சல் செய்திகள் பதிவு செய்யப்படாத அஞ்சல்களுக்கு இணையாக கருதப்படுகின்றன.

o கார்ப்பரேட் வாடிக்கையாளர் இந்திய தபால் அலுவலகத்துடன் வணிக ஒப்பந்தத்தில் ஈடுபட வேண்டும். கார்ப்பரேட் வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் சிறப்பு மின் அஞ்சல் கட்டணங்கள் மற்றும் பிற மதிப்பு கூட்டல்களைப் பெறுவார்கள்.
பிற வசதிகள்:
• வீடு அல்லது அலுவலகத்தில் இணைய வசதி உள்ள வாடிக்கையாளர், www.indiapost.nic.in ஐ அணுகி அறிவுறுத்தல்களைப் பின்பற்றுவதன் மூலம் இந்த வசதியைப் பெறலாம். தபால் அலுவலகங்களில் வெவ்வேறு மதிப்புகளில் கிடைக்கும் ப்ரீபெய்ட் மின் அஞ்சல் அட்டைகள் மூலம் பணம் செலுத்தலாம்.
நடைமுறை:
• வாடிக்கையாளர் A-4 அளவு காகித செய்தியை வழங்க வேண்டும் - அச்சிடப்பட்ட, கையால் எழுதப்பட்ட, (எந்த மொழி), படம், உரை அல்லது இரண்டும் - எந்த PO விலும்.
• பெயர், முகவரி, பின் குறியீடு தெளிவாக மேலே வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
• ஒரு நகலுக்கு, ஒரு பெறுநருக்கு ரூ. 10/- கட்டணம் வசூலிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
• ரசீது வழங்கப்பட்டது.
• செய்தி ஸ்கேன் செய்யப்பட்டு அனுப்பப்படுகிறது.
• பெறப்பட்ட செய்திகள், அச்சு எடுக்கப்பட்டு டெலிவரிக்கு அனுப்பப்படுகின்றன.
• ஸ்பீட் போஸ்ட், eMO, பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட கடிதங்கள் மற்றும் பார்சல்கள், சர்வதேச அஞ்சல், எக்ஸ்பிரஸ் பார்சல் மற்றும் வணிக பார்சல் ஆகியவற்றுக்கான கண்காணிப்பு வசதி இந்திய தபால் முகப்பு பக்கத்தில் கிடைக்கிறது.
• பின் குறியீடுகளை அடையாளம் காணவும் PO தொடர்பு தகவலை கண்டறியவும் பின் குறியீடு தேடல் இந்திய தபால் முகப்பு பக்கத்தில் செய்யப்படலாம்.
• உள்நாட்டு மற்றும் சர்வதேச அஞ்சல்களின் தபால் கட்டணத்தை கணக்கிட தபால் கட்டண கால்குலேட்டர் இணைப்பு பயன்படுத்தப்படலாம்.
• ஸ்பீட் போஸ்ட் நெட்வொர்க்கின் அடைவு இந்திய தபால் இணையதளத்தில் பதிவிறக்கம் செய்ய கிடைக்கிறது.
