12. What are the basic principles of Natural Justice?
(i) Basic principles of Natural Justice are 
(i) No one shall be condemned unheard
(ii) No one shall be a Judge in his own cause
(iii) Justice should not only be done but should manifestly appear to have been done and 
(iv) A clear and speaking order

13. What are the articles of the Constitution of India which concerns a government servant? 
Article  309 - Recruitment and conditions of service of persons serving the Union or State

14. What are the Constitutional Safeguards provided to Government Servants against arbitrary and vindictive actions of the Master Govt. and other higher authorities?
As per Article 311 (1) of the Constitution nobody subordinate to the appointing authority can dismiss or remove an employee from service.
(ii) Article 311 (2) provides protection to Government servants that they cannot be dismissed or removed or reduced in rank except after an inquiry in which he has been informed of the charges against him and given a reasonable opportunity of being heard in respect of those charges.
