157. If a person appointed under compassionate grounds seeks change of post, will it be considered?
No. Once compassionate appointment has been made, the person cannot claim for a higher post on compassionate grounds, Similarly on appointment made on compassionate grounds cannot be transferred to any other person and any such request should be rejected.
158. After consideration of compassionate appointment to a ward of a deceased Govt servant, the family desires to alter the same to other family member. Will it be allowed?
When a person has been appointed on compassionate grounds to a particular post, the set of circumstances, which led to such appointment, should be deemed to have ceased to exist. Therefore,
(i)he/she should strive in his/her career like his/her colleagues for future advancement and any request for appointment to any higher post on considerations of compassion should invariably be rejected.
(ii) an appointment made on compassionate grounds cannot be transferred to any other person and any request for the same on considerations of compassion should invariably be rejected.
159. Whether the ward of the deceased Group D official can be considered for Group C posts under compassionate appointment?
A family member of such erstwhile Group 'D' Government servant can be appointed to a Group 'C' post for which he/she is educationally qualified, provided a vacancy in Group 'C' post exists for this purpose.

(ii) கருணை அடிப்படையில் செய்யப்பட்ட நியமனம் வேறு யாருக்கும் மாற்றப்பட முடியாது, மேலும் கருணை காரணங்களுக்காக அதே போன்ற எந்தவொரு கோரிக்கையும் எப்போதும் நிராகரிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
159. இறந்த குரூப் டி அதிகாரியின் வார்டு கருணை நியமனத்தின் கீழ் குரூப் சி பதவிகளுக்கு பரிசீலிக்கப்படலாமா?
அத்தகைய முன்னாள் குரூப் 'டி' அரசு ஊழியரின் குடும்ப உறுப்பினர், அவர்/அவள் கல்வி ரீதியாகத் தகுதி பெற்றிருந்தால், குரூப் 'சி' பதவிக்கான காலியிடம் இந்த நோக்கத்திற்காக இருந்தால், குரூப் 'சி' பதவிக்கு நியமிக்கப்படலாம்.
