Standard non delivery remarks of parcel ?
Standard remarks to be noted in parcel when delivery could not be done :
i. Refused/Unclaimed
ii. Not known/Deceased.
iii. Addressee cannot be located/Insufficient address.
iv. Missent.
• All remarks regarding non-delivery of parcels will be indicated using a rubber stamp. Handwritten entries should be avoided whenever possible.
• The relevant reason for non-delivery will be ticked off on the stamp. This must be authenticated with the signature of the official responsible for recording the remarks.
• No other remarks or reasons are permitted.
