What are the conditions and financial requirements for providing wire-gauze shutters in Postal Pool Quarters to protect residents from health issues caused by flies and mosquitoes?

According to the Department of Posts Order No. 10-2/2006-Bldg dated 20.07.2006, the department has decided to provide fly-proof/wire-gauze shutters for all windows and doors in all types of quarters, as well as grilled door-shutters on entrance doors, upon the request of the allottee. This provision is subject to the availability of funds and requires the allottee to bear 10% of the cost for wire-gauze shutters and 20% of the cost for grilled door-shutters. Additionally, the order sets specific annual monetary ceiling limits for these works, ranging from Rs. 2,900 for Type-I quarters to Rs. 39,000 for Type-VII & VIII quarters
