DEMANDING TO DROP MAIL OPTIMIZATION
CRUSADING TO SAVE POSTAL AS GOVT SERVICE
ORGANISE, PREPARE AND UNITE FOR THE MASSIVE MOBILIZATION OF MAXIMUM WORKERS AND
DEMONSTRATION OF THAT MIGHTY, MILITANT STRENGTH OF THE POSTAL WORKING CLASS
The success of any agitation depends on the organizational preparedness and inherent strength.
Ours is a struggle for survival and save the Postal as Govt service.
Unity is the need of the hour. Unite all ranks and make the struggle a success.
Prepare for Indefinite Strike from 5.7.2011
1. Contact each and every worker in your office and convince him about the inevitability of the struggle.
Notice Board should be displayed with all CIRCULARS and all these materials every day. Also circulate the same to each and every worker individually the extent possible.
2. Hold corner meetings, gate meetings, meeting of the active workers, General body meetings, Working committee meetings, activist meetings as often as possible for campaigning and to explain in detail that every possible attempt was made to parley with the Govt and reach an amicable settlement. Only because of the adamant and unreasonable attitude of the Govt, the Postal JCA had to decide this strike.
3. Elect an ACTION COMMITTEE which may consist of 50% of the office bearers and the working committee members and 50% activists and elders for individual campaigning and canvassing among the members to perform allied tasks on the eve of and during the strike.
4. Participate in all Meetings of coordinating bodies – Joint Council of Action.
5. Exhort the members to join the rally, jhathas, Joint meetings, Gate meetings, demonstrations etc in large numbers.
6. Hold informal Lunch hour meetings in canteens, Recreation clubs, maidans and lawns every day and appraise all about day to day developments which are readily available in the web sites of NFPE and our CHQ and appeal for maximum mobilization.
7. Ensure that everyone in your unit or office has been approached and talked to, to participate in the indefinite strike appraising them that this is the last form of protest and the need to continue the struggle till our fair and genuine demands to save Postal is settled..
8. Action committee should evolve methods to ensure that 100% of the members are participating in the strike. Maximum mobilization and massive action alone can compel the Govt to concede our demands.
9. CAUTION and CARE SHOULD be exercised in all matters and it should be ensured that the machinery of the Action Committee is in readiness fully prepared to meet any situation that may arise.
10. Above all Maintain Unity and discipline at all levels .Unity is the need of the hour.
THE BUGLE HAS BEEN SOUNDED.
THE CLARION CALL HAS BEEN ISSUED.
THE LEADERSHIP HAVE IMMENSE CONFIDENCE IN YOU, OUR ACTIVE WORKERS AND
THE STRENGTH OF OUR MIGHTY MOVEMENT OF POSTAL WORKERS.
WE HAVE NO DOUBT AT ALL THAT WE SHALL COME OUT OF THE BATTLE WITH FLYING COLOURS.

தபால் மேம்படுத்துதலைக் கைவிடக் கோருதல் தபாலை அரசு சேவையாகப் பாதுகாக்கப் போராடுதல் அதிகபட்ச தொழிலாளர்களின் பாரிய அணிதிரட்டலுக்காகவும், தபால் தொழிலாளர்களின் வலிமையான, போர்க்குணமிக்க பலத்தைக் காட்டுவதற்காகவும் ஒழுங்கமைக்கவும், தயாராகவும், ஒன்றிணைக்கவும்.
எந்தவொரு போராட்டத்தின் வெற்றியும் அதன் அமைப்பு ரீதியான தயார்நிலை மற்றும் உள்ளார்ந்த பலத்தைப் பொறுத்தது. நமது போராட்டம் உயிர்வாழ்வதற்கானது மற்றும் தபாலை அரசு சேவையாகப் பாதுகாப்பதற்கானது.
ஒற்றுமை தான் இன்றைய தேவை. அனைத்து தரப்பினரையும் ஒன்றிணைத்து போராட்டத்தை வெற்றிகரமாக மாற்றுங்கள். 5.7.2011 முதல் காலவரையற்ற வேலைநிறுத்தத்திற்கு தயாராகுங்கள்.

உங்கள் அலுவலகத்தில் உள்ள ஒவ்வொரு தொழிலாளியையும் தொடர்பு கொண்டு, போராட்டத்தின் தவிர்க்க முடியாத தன்மையை அவருக்குப் புரிய வையுங்கள். அறிவிப்புப் பலகையில் அனைத்து சுற்றறிக்கைகள் மற்றும் இந்த அனைத்து பொருட்களும் தினமும் காட்சிப்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டும். முடிந்தவரை அவற்றை ஒவ்வொரு தொழிலாளிக்கும் தனித்தனியாகவும் சுற்ற விடுங்கள்.

மூலைக்கூட்டங்கள், வாயிற்கூட்டங்கள், செயல் ஊக்கமுள்ள தொழிலாளர்களின் கூட்டங்கள், பொதுக்குழு கூட்டங்கள், செயற்குழு கூட்டங்கள், ஆர்வலர்களின் கூட்டங்கள் ஆகியவற்றை பிரச்சாரம் செய்வதற்காகவும், அரசாங்கத்துடன் பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடத்தி சுமுகமான தீர்வு காண அனைத்து சாத்தியமான முயற்சிகளும் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டன என்பதை விரிவாக விளக்கவும் அடிக்கடி நடத்துங்கள். அரசாங்கத்தின் பிடிவாதமான மற்றும் நியாயமற்ற அணுகுமுறை காரணமாக மட்டுமே, தபால் JCA இந்த வேலைநிறுத்தத்தை முடிவு செய்ய வேண்டியிருந்தது.

அலுவலகப் பொறுப்பாளர்களில் 50% மற்றும் செயற்குழு உறுப்பினர்கள் மற்றும் 50% ஆர்வலர்கள் மற்றும் பெரியவர்களைக் கொண்ட ஒரு நடவடிக்கைக் குழுவைத் தேர்ந்தெடுங்கள், தனிநபர் பிரச்சாரத்திற்காகவும், உறுப்பினர்களிடையே ஆதரவு திரட்டுவதற்காகவும், வேலைநிறுத்தத்தின் சமயத்திலும் அதற்கு முந்தைய நாளிலும் தொடர்புடைய பணிகளைச் செய்வதற்காக.

பேரணி, ஜாத்தாக்கள், கூட்டு கூட்டங்கள், வாயிற்கூட்டங்கள், ஆர்ப்பாட்டங்கள் போன்றவற்றில் அதிக எண்ணிக்கையில் சேருமாறு உறுப்பினர்களை ஊக்குவிக்கவும்.

ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் சிற்றுண்டிச்சாலைகள், பொழுதுபோக்ககங்கள், மைதானங்கள் மற்றும் புல்வெளிகளில் முறைசாரா மதிய உணவு நேரக் கூட்டங்களை நடத்துங்கள், NFPE மற்றும் எங்கள் CHQ இன் இணையதளங்களில் உடனடியாகக் கிடைக்கும் அன்றாட முன்னேற்றங்கள் அனைத்தையும் பற்றி அனைவருக்கும் தெரியப்படுத்துங்கள், மேலும் அதிகபட்ச அணிதிரட்டலுக்கு வேண்டுகோள் விடுங்கள்.

உங்கள் அலகு அல்லது அலுவலகத்தில் உள்ள அனைவரையும் அணுகிப் பேசினீர்களா என்பதை உறுதி செய்யுங்கள், இது போராட்டத்தின் கடைசி வடிவம் என்பதையும், தபாலைச் சேமிப்பதற்கான எங்கள் நியாயமான மற்றும் உண்மையான கோரிக்கைகள் தீர்க்கப்படும் வரை போராட்டத்தைத் தொடர வேண்டிய அவசியம் என்பதையும் அவர்களுக்குத் தெரியப்படுத்துங்கள்.

உறுப்பினர்களில் 100% வேலைநிறுத்தத்தில் பங்கேற்பதை உறுதி செய்வதற்கான முறைகளை நடவடிக்கைக் குழு உருவாக்க வேண்டும். அதிகபட்ச அணிதிரட்டல் மற்றும் பாரிய நடவடிக்கை மட்டுமே அரசாங்கத்தை எங்கள் கோரிக்கைகளை ஏற்கச் செய்ய முடியும்.

எல்லா விஷயங்களிலும் எச்சரிக்கை மற்றும் கவனம் செலுத்தப்பட வேண்டும், மேலும் எழக்கூடிய எந்தவொரு சூழ்நிலையையும் எதிர்கொள்ள நடவடிக்கைக் குழுவின் பொறிமுறை முழுமையாகத் தயாராக இருக்கிறதா என்பதை உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும்.

எல்லாவற்றிற்கும் மேலாக அனைத்து மட்டங்களிலும் ஒற்றுமை மற்றும் ஒழுக்கத்தைப் பேணுங்கள். ஒற்றுமை தான் இன்றைய தேவை.
பேரிகை ஒலிக்கப்பட்டது. தெளிவான அழைப்பு விடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. எங்கள் செயல் ஊக்கமுள்ள தொழிலாளர்கள் மீதும், தபால் தொழிலாளர்களின் நமது வலிமையான இயக்கத்தின் மீதும் தலைமைக்கு மிகுந்த நம்பிக்கை உள்ளது. போரில் நாம் வெற்றி வாகை சூடி வருவோம் என்பதில் எங்களுக்கு எந்த சந்தேகமும் இல்லை. (ஜூலை 2011 தலையங்கம்)
