The High court of Delhi delivered this judgment in the case of Seema Mehta in WP (C) 10708/2019 and CM APPL.46118/2022. The appliant was admitted in a non recognised hospital on emergency and the medical claim was rejected. The Court directed to pay the entire amount of treatement to the extent of Rs. 585523 with 6% interest per annum from 14.12.2017. Inside the judgment various citations of Supreme Court orders are there. Very important judgment. All should read and take a copy of the same to held others.
